Charles (Chuck) E. Klotter, age 67 of Elk River. Passed away with his family by his side Nov. 17. Survived by his loving wife, Annette. Sons, Carl, Craig (Becky) and Chris (Jennifer) Grandchildren, Brandon, Kaitlyn, Carson, Stevie, Aubrey and Rory. Great-grandson, Kolton. Chuck is also survived by his step-son, Stephen and step-daughter, Katherine (Seth) and grandchildren, Gabriella, Henry, Serenity and angel in heaven, Marianna. Many loving relatives and friends. Funeral Service 4 PM, Sunday Nov. 23 with visitation 2 hours prior to service at Rettinger Funeral Home, Long Lake.
