Cody Wright

Cody Alan Wright, of Long Lake, Minnesota, passed away on March 27th. Preceded in death by grandparents John and Bev Metz, grandmother Mayme Wright, and uncle Brian Johnson. Cody always lived for adventure. Whether it was playing hockey at Pond arena, snowboarding at Hyland Hills, wakeboarding on Lake Minnetonka, or fishing with his dad on the Crow River, Cody’s happiest moments were while he was doing something active. Cody also had a big heart for animals and always became very attached to the family dogs.Cody is survived by his loving father Greg Wright, brother Brian Wright and sister-in-law Maia, many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. A co-celebration of Cody and Cindy's life will be held at Rettinger Funeral Home, 425 Lake St, Long Lake, MN 55356 on Tuesday, November 16th with visitation at 1:00 PM and a service to follow at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Animal Humane Society or American Cancer Society.
