Dorothy N. Mckenzie

McKenzie, Dorothy N., of Long Lake passed away on May 26, 2012 at the age of 82. Survived by daughters Gail McKenzie, Rhoda Chaffe and husband, Andrew, and other loving relatives and friends. Dorothy spent her working years at Lutheran Brotherhood, Sears, and Long Lake Nursing Home and retirement years serving her church and volunteering at Haven Homes. Special thanks to the N. Memorial Mtka. Physicians clinic, N. Memorial Home Health and Prairie River Home Health teams and Bryant House for their extraordinary care. Reviewal will be held on Monday, June 2 from 5-8 p.m. at Rettinger Funeral Home in Long Lake. The funeral be held on Tuesday, June 3 at 11 a.m. with a visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. A luncheon will follow the service at Vision of Glory Lutheran Church, 13200 Highway 55 in Plymouth. Interment at Union Cemetery in Long Lake. Memorials preferred to the church.
