Elizabeth Burns Obituary

Burns, Elizabeth A. age 83 of Tonka Bay. Passed away peacefully April 19. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Donald. Survived by son David and his wife Debbie and their children, Mike (Cassie) and Tom (Megan); son Dan and his wife Linda and their children, Megan (Troy) Nickel, Molly (Tom) Murphy and Ben (Kristine); daughter, Katy and her husband Mike Wright and their children Michelle, Bill, Kristin and Daniel; daughter, Mary and her husband Brian DeVries, and their children Joe (Katie), Betsy and Abby; 17 great- grandchildren. Betty graduated from nurses training at Mpls. General Hospital and provided years of loving care to her family. Mass of Christian Burial, Thursday, April 24 at 10:30 AM. Visitation Wednesday, April 23, 5:00-8:00 PM with prayer service at 7:30 PM. Visitation also 1 hour prior to Mass on Thursday. Mass and visitation at Catholic Church of St. George (133 S. Brown Rd. Long Lake) Private interment, Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
