John C. Anderson

Anderson, John C. (Jack) age 83 of Medina. Died July 31, 2014. Jack was preceded in death by his grandson, Kory; his parents, Arthur and Hazel Anderson; and sister, Mary Lou Swenson. He is survived by the love of his life, wife and partner, Carol; sons, Kent, Kraig and Kirk; grandchildren, Kate, Kaycie, Karly, Kooper and Kameron; and many nieces and nephews. Jack was an entrepreneur at heart and lived his life to thefullest. He was a graduate of Mound High School and a Korean War Veteran. Jack was the founder and CEO of Tri-K Sports Inc. and Tri-K Services. He enjoyed a successful career and was always willing to share his time, expertise, and enthusiasm and passion for his business with family and friends. Jack was a long standing member of the Lake Minnetonka Kennel Club, the Wright County Kennel Club and the Minnesota Dachshund Club and served as an office and on the club boards. Traveling to AKC dog shows, breeding champion Dachshunds and participating in all
phases of dog events was very enjoyable for him. Jack was always generous with his time, devoted to his family and offered strong support to their activities. He will be missed greatly but we will remember his quick sense of humor, warm personality and the life lesson he shared
with us. Services 11 AM Saturday Aug. 9 at Rettinger Funeral Home with visitation 1 hour prior to service.
