Kathryn (Connor) Shaffer
Age 86, of Plymouth, died peacefully in Maple Plain on Sunday, August 26, 2018 after a long illness. Kay is survived by her children: Ellen, Carl, Susan and Eric; and six grandchildren: Monica, Garrett, Samantha, MJ, Tobias and Graham. Kay, a Philadelphia native, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, the School of Social Work at the University of Minnesota, and the Master of Divinity program at Unity Institute in Missouri. After raising her family, Kay established a psychotherapy practice and served as a Unity minister. Per her wishes, there will be no services.
