Schmidt, Mark L. age 66 of Minnetrista, MN, passed away Jan. 10, 2020. Preceded in death by his parents, Roland and Bonna Schmidt; brother, Kurt; father-in-law, John J. Schmidt and brother-in-law, Burton Klitzke. Survived by wife, Sandy; children, Jacob Schmidt and Jenna Western; brother, Dean; sister, Jody Rasmussen; mother-in-law, Joyce Schmidt; brothers-in-law, John  (Pat), Bruce  (Shirl), Bill (Fern) Schmidt; sisters-in-law, Sharon (Gary) Daniels and Shirley Klitzke; nieces, nephews and friends. Mark loved all activities outdoors (gardening, hunting, fishing, camping, etc.) He loved get-togethers with family and friends and calling from his "Pester Bench" The family will celebrate Mark's life with a gathering at 10:00 am followed by a Christian Service of Remembrance at 11:00 AM, all at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church,2385 Commerce Blvd. Mound, MN, January 23, 2020.
