Nelson, Mary Bernice
Age 83 passed away on January 11, 2011 surrounded by loving family. Preceded
in death by parents and six brothers and sisters. Survived by children,
Carol Nelson, Mary (Gene) Guthrie and Michael (Jan) Nelson. Granddaughters
Jaclyn (Tim) Skiba and Stefanie (fiancé Sam Fortin) Nelson. Great-grandson
Benjamin Skiba. Private memorial service on Monday January 17, 2011. Mass
and graveside service, April 9, 2011 in Churdan, Iowa. Memorials preferred
to the Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org). Special thanks to St Therese,
Terraces, and NC Little Hospice for their loving care of Bernice.
