Kosloski, Perry M. age 46 of Maple Plain. Passed away May 21 after a lengthy illness. Survived by parents, Sully (Liz) Kosloski and Percilla (Lester) Narbutas. Siblings, Roger, Ray and Liz Kahn. Nieces, Monique, Larry and Reggie Kosloski. Memorial Service 1:00 PM, Friday May 25 at Rettinger Funeral Home, 425 Lake Street, Long Lake. Visitation 2 hours prior to service. In lieu of flowers, memorial can be directed to the family. Private family interment, Ellsworth, WI.
