Theodore Johnson Obituary

Theodore Jack Johnson, born July 11, 1925 passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 4, 2021. He was born in Duluth Minnesota and married Lucy Ann Miller and raised eight children, Ted jr,  Debby, Peggy, Billy, Tommy, Bobby, Jeffery and Steven. They had 18 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by Lucy Ann, son-in-law, Keith, daughter-in-law, Lisa and grandson, Chad; his brother, Chad and sisters, Maryland and Althea.Ted was  a marine that served in World War II, on the island of Peleliu. He also owned Miller’s Matchless restaurant of Denver Colorado and worked for Pillsbury in Minnesota. He then met the second love of his life Tineke and spent the next 30 years living in Las Vegas. Cards and condolences can be sent to Rettinger Funeral Home, Long Lake Minnesota. There will be a graveside ceremony at Lakewood Cemetery,Graveside service at Lakewood Cemetery on April 22nd, 1 PM.
