Veronica J. Davis

Davis, (Charlson) Veronica "Cooki" "Rony" age 69 of Minnetonka. Passed away on July 9, 2012 after a 2 year battle with ALS. Preceded in death by loving husband, Harrison Davis III and parents, Vern and Jean Charlson of Grand Forks, ND. Survived by Children; Dawnelle Rodningen (Skip Wilbur), Bridget (Derek) Wortman, Michael Davis and Nicole Davis; Grandchildren, Logan, Charlie, Jack and Ava Veronica; Sister, Jeanne Gaston; Former husband, Don Rodningen; Countless friends and family that adored her.

Veronica devoted countless hours to community service and was a tireless advocate to promote house preservation and home ownership. She was executive director of Northside Neighborhood housing for 30 years, restoring North Mpls. one block at a time. Memorial Service 3:00 pm Thursday July 12, with visitation 1 hour prior to service at Trinity Lutheran Church 2060 County Rd 6, Long Lake. If you are so moved, donations could be made in Veronica's name to the Golden Valley Humane Society.
