William G. (Greg) Lawton

Lawton, William G. (Greg) age 67 of Orono. Died May 24th, 2014. GDMFCSSOB Cancer got the best of him, but he got the best of life. He will be profoundly missed by his wife, Pam; children, Katy (Seth Hannula) and Betsy (Chris Freeman); grandchildren, Murphy, Reilly, Finn, Elise, and Laurel; brothers, Bob (Mary) and John (LouAnn); all his in-laws and out- laws; and many high-quality friends. Preceded in death by his parents, John L. and Philomena. Greg was a fifty year State Fair goer and lover of all foods served on a stick. With his tremendous and infectious sense of humor he sucked the life out of life. He was kind, generous and brought fun with him wherever he went. Service 10:30 am Saturday at Calvin Presbyterian Church, 177 Glendale Drive, Long Lake. Visitation 5-8 PM Friday, also at Church.
